Continue your journey to the San Isidro hacienda, a unique place where you can Appreciate the entire process of sugar manufacturing at the time, as well as enjoy the beautiful landscape of this archaeological site that still shows the hacienda house and a bell tower 14 meters high and three levels, a symbol of the beginning and end of each day. Various archaeological investigations have been carried out on this site and it is cataloged as the most complete traditional architectural complex of the sugar industry.
As a relevant element you can see the ruins of the so-called "Jamaican Train". Then visit the hacienda of the Iznaga Family, one of the richest families in the Trinidadian town in colonial times, where you can taste a rich guarapo, obtained from sugar cane.
